Cancellation & Refund Policy
ThrillVana – Operated by Rigasava Advisory Services Private Limited
At ThrillVana, we design expeditions for remote and restricted Himalayan regions where logistics—including specialized transport, permits, and limited accommodation—are committed and paid for months in advance. Our policy is designed to be fair to our travelers while respecting these operational realities.
1. Cancellation by the Participant
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [support@thrillvana.com]. The date of the email receipt will be the sole basis for calculating the refund.

Note: Administrative charges, including payment gateway fees and permit processing costs already incurred, are non-refundable in all slabs.
2. The ThrillVana “Flexibility” Option (Credit Note)
We understand that sometimes life happens. Instead of a cash refund, travelers may opt for a ThrillVana Credit Note for the refundable portion of their payment.
Validity: Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Usage: These can be applied toward any future ThrillVana expedition (subject to batch availability).
3. No-Show & Late Arrivals
No-Show: Failure to report at the designated starting point on Day 1 will be treated as a No-Show. No refund or credit will be issued.
Mid-Trip Departure: No pro-rata refunds are provided if a participant chooses to leave the expedition midway, whether for personal reasons or fitness concerns.
4. Cancellation by ThrillVana
Operational Reasons: In the rare event that ThrillVana cancels an expedition due to insufficient group size or internal logistics, participants will be offered a 100% refund or a transfer to an alternate date.
Third-Party Expenses: ThrillVana is not responsible for any non-refundable costs incurred by the traveler outside of the package, such as flight tickets, train bookings, or personal equipment.
5. Force Majeure & Unused Services
Nature of the Terrain: As detailed in our Terms & Conditions, no refunds or compensations are applicable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control. This includes landslides, cloudbursts, road closures, or sudden military/government restrictions.
In-Trip Changes: If a route is modified or shortened due to weather or safety concerns once the journey has begun, no refund is applicable for the “unused” portion of the itinerary as resources are already deployed.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a cancellation is confirmed, eligible refunds are processed within 15–20 working days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account/Card/UPI).
